For card payments, customers are transferred to the PayPal & Stripe paycenter where they securely complete their transaction.

On May 15, 2018, Law 4537/2018 (Government Gazette A’ 84) was published, under which the European Directive (EU) 2015/2366 “on payment services in the internal market” (Payment Services Directive 2 – “PSD 2”) is incorporated into our national legal order. Its purpose is to ensure the security of consumer transactions, promoting a more open and competitive payment landscape.

One of the new core requirements of PSD2 refers to “Strong Customer Authentication” (SCA) which will be mandatory from September 2019. Under “SCA”, consumers are now required to authenticate themselves with at least two of the following three methods:

– Something they know (PIN, password, etc.)

– Something they have (PC, mobile, etc.)

– Something they are (voice recognition, fingerprints, etc.)

Shipping Time

Our store operates from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on non-working days or national holidays the company does not ship orders during this time but on the next working day e.g.: If an order is placed online on Friday or Saturday, it will be shipped on the next working day, i.e. Monday, the delivery time depends 90% on the courier and 10% from our company as during the holiday period the delivery time may change and our company is not responsible for this

(delivery time for Greece 3-5 working days and for Cyprus 5-7 working days important our company does not charge shipping for both countries ONLY if the customer pays for EXPRESS shipping with a delivery time of 1-3 days Greece and 3-5 days for Cyprus.)

Ordering Methods

To order the products you are interested in and make your purchases through our online store, you must place them in the Shopping Cart. Once you have completed your purchases, click on the Shopping Cart and complete your order by following the steps indicated.

For available products, payment can be made:

1. Immediately, using a credit or debit card

2. By bank deposit within twenty-four hours of confirmation of purchase from the registration of your order (depending on the banking system)

3. By bank deposit within seven days from the registration of the order, provided that an advance payment of more than 30% of the value of the goods has been made.

If an order is not paid within the above time frames, iPhone4offer may release the products, canceling the order. Unavailable products may be ordered without payment. However, in exceptional cases (such as the high value of the product or due to its special characteristics) iPhone4offer reserves the right to request advance payment of the total value or part thereof, if it deems it necessary. In these cases, the payment may only be refunded after ninety days and if the product is not available.

3D Secure 2 supports the sending of important consumer data to the Bank, such as their billing address, information about the device they use (Device ID), the consumer/merchant transaction history and much more. The Bank assesses the risk level of the transaction and if it trusts it, the transaction proceeds directly to authorization without requiring any additional action from the customer (Frictionless flow). Otherwise, the Bank may request additional actions from the customer to identify him with the SCA process mentioned above, in order to approve the payment (Challenge flow)

Encryption:
The entire Company's online store, all information and personal details of the user/customer are encrypted based on the SSL 256-bit encryption protocol. Encryption is essentially a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. During the ordering process in the COMPANY's online store, all communication between the user's computer and the COMPANY's systems is encrypted using an encryption key. That is, every time it sends information to the system, the browser first encrypts it using an encryption key and then sends it to the system. The COMPANY's system first decrypts the information it receives using the same key (which is predetermined when the user starts connecting to the service) and then processes it. The Company's systems send information following the same encryption process.

Product returns

The user must check the products he receives upon delivery (in terms of identity, integrity, condition, packaging, etc.). In all cases in which the user was sent products that are visibly damaged, indicatively damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc., the user must refuse to receive the product from the beginning and contact the e-shop Customer Service immediately, either by calling +30 210 300 30 28 (Mon-Fri 09:00-21:00), or by sending an e-mail to info@iphone4offer.com . In any case, the user retains the rights provided for by applicable legislation.

Return of products can be made:
A. In all cases, in which due to an error of iPhone4Offer S.A. (e.g. error in ordering, shipping, etc.) products were sent to the user that he did not order and the user proceeded in good faith to receive them. The return of non-ordered items must be made within three (3) days of receipt, otherwise iPhone4Offer S,A is not obliged to re-execute the original order.

B. In the event of delivery of a defective product, in accordance with the defective product replacement policy of iPhone4Offer S.A, described below in term 11.

C. In the event that the user wishes to withdraw from the transaction, in accordance with the provisions of term 12 below.
The products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered to the user, in the original complete packaging that normally accompanies the product (the IMEI must agree), together with all the documents included in it and be accompanied by their legal proof of purchase. iPhone4Offer S.A may refuse to accept returned items that do not meet the above conditions, as well as to credit the amount of the product value, while the product will be returned to the sender at his own expense. In case of refusal of acceptance, the product will be destroyed.

Force majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes) there is an impossibility of delivering the goods within the predetermined time (with the exception of cases of unavailability of the products), iPhone4Offer S.A will contact the customer as soon as possible, so that the latter can declare whether he wishes, under these circumstances, to complete the order.

Force majeure
If, for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes) it is impossible to deliver the goods within the specified time (with the exception of cases of unavailability of the products), iPhone4Offer S.A will contact the customer as soon as possible, so that the latter can state whether he wishes, under these circumstances, to complete the order.

Warranty

All products are provided with a manufacturer's warranty, the main details of which are listed in the e-shop, along with the description of the goods, while its full content is found in the corresponding form included in the product packaging.

iPhone4Offer S.A is obliged to repair products accompanied by a warranty, for as long as it is in force and in accordance with its terms and limitations, without any financial burden on the customer.
If the required repair time exceeds fifteen (15) business days, the customer is entitled to request a temporary replacement of the product for the duration of the repair.

In the event of an actual defect or lack of an agreed property of the product within two (2) years from the sale, the provisions of the Civil Code on sales apply, regarding the correction, replacement, etc., of the product, in addition to the written warranty provided by the manufacturer (Articles AK 534 et seq.)

Information on the progress of device repairs is provided via the e-shop from the relevant contact form.

Regarding mobile phone accessories, the warranty specified by the manufacturer for each product applies and is valid from the date on which the customer received the product (excluding batteries).

The use of the Website is the sole responsibility of the visitor-customer. We are not responsible for the malicious intervention of third parties.

Visitors to the Website undertake not to harm third parties through malicious use of the Website and not to violate their personal data.

Visiting the Website implies the unconditional acceptance of the above terms.
